You may use Yunefy solely for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you misuse our services or violate these Terms.

All content, trademarks, logos, software, and materials made available through Yunefy are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

3. Disclaimers

Yunefy is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties—express or implied—regarding merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Yunefy and its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.
• Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us for services during the twelve (12) months prior to the claim.

5. Third-Party Services

Yunefy may integrate with third-party services (e.g., QuickBooks, Google services). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or conduct.

6. User Content & Feedback

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or other content, you grant Yunefy a worldwide, royalty-free license to use and incorporate it into our services. You must not upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Yunefy and its affiliates against any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of third-party rights.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Austin, Texas.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Yunefy after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Analytics and Performance Monitoring

Yunefy uses trusted analytics and performance-monitoring tools such as Cloudflare Web Analytics, Google Analytics 4, and Microsoft Clarity to operate, secure, and improve our website. These services collect anonymous usage data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
